Warm-up (No Measure)

A. General

3/3 Bird dog (Hold every rep for 5 seconds)

B.

5/5 Worlds Greatest Stretch
30s/30s Reaching Back Stretch

C. Specific
2x
5 Burpees
10 Double Unders
5 Sit Ups
