Warm-up (No Measure)

40s Jumping jacks
20s  V-ups

B. Mobility
Elbow plank scap pushes + 2 sec pause
10 repetitions, slow and controlled with pause in protraction

C. Specific
3 Rounds
20 single unders
8 lunges
3 Pike ups
6 lateral hops

60 Broom stick jump over @30/24
Use a box if you have on for box jump overs

Scaled 600 single unders
body weight reverse lunges
